Gambiered Silk Water-Bucket Shoulder Bag
A bucket bag in gambiered silk (xiangyunsha), dyed the botanical hues of shuliang.
- 100% silk gambiered silk — a traditional Guangdong fabric in which mulberry silk cloth is dyed with the juice of the shuliang plant and finished in the sun. The luster of the black ground and its evolving expression with use are its hallmarks
- Four Gentlemen motifs — orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum and plum quietly depicted in golden brown. A composed elegance that suits kimono and everyday clothes alike
- Drawstring bucket mouth — a bucket form closed with a cord. Easy to open, and contents stay put; the drawstring section uses black crackle-textured fabric
- Adjustable strap — length adjustable with fittings, for shoulder or crossbody wear. Fitting length per supplier: 38cm
- Interior pocket for sorting — an inside pocket fits a smartphone and more. At approx. 500g, light enough for daily outings
One black piece that suits kimono outings and everyday wear alike. Gather your daily items — phone, wallet, handkerchief — into one.
