About delivery and shipping charges
Delivery company: Sagawa Express or Japan Post
Delivery time: 7-10 business days from order (excluding pre-order items)
Shipping fee: Nationwide flat rate shipping fee of 500 yen

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been placed.
Return and exchange conditions
If you find any defects or damage in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it for a new product.
