A water-bucket-shaped tote sewn from gambiered silk (xiangyunsha), the shuliang-dyed fabric. Tuck your favorite teaware inside.
- Shaped for carrying teaware — the wide-mouthed bucket form makes teapots, cups and tea caddies easy to take in and out, carrying them together. Works as an outing bag or small storage case too
- Aged gambiered silk fabric — a traditional Chinese mulberry silk cloth dyed with shuliang juice and mordanted with river mud. The deep luster unique to aged fabric (lao liao) and the fine crackle texture on the surface give each piece its own expression
- Lightweight at approx. 100g — easy to carry with two handles, and no burden. Folds down compactly
- Sewn with handwork — semi-handmade (machine and hand combined). Please note that fabric expression and stitching vary from piece to piece
- 3 colors — Crackle x Tea Brown / Crackle x Ink Black / Red Gambiered Silk (reddish brown). * No fabric charm is included with this product (per supplier SKU specs: the Ink Black SKU name notes "no charm," and none is visible in the Tea Brown or Red SKU images). Fabric charms seen in some photos are styling for photography
